Microsoft Visio Standard 2019 is designed for people looking for a more basic diagramming solution that still comes with a rich set of built-in stencils and shapes. Visio Professional 2019 also helps prevent information leakage with Information Rights Management. It includes all the functionality of Visio Standard 2019 as well as updated shapes, templates, and styles enhanced support for team collaboration, including the ability for several people to work on a single diagram at the same time and, the ability to easily link diagrams to live data. Microsoft Visio Professional 2019 has all the essentials for individuals and teams to create and share professional, versatile diagrams that simplify complex information. Microsoft Visio Online viewing will be included with Microsoft 365. Microsoft Visio Plan 1 is a web-app and includes 2GB of cloud storage on OneDrive.
Visio Plan 1 with 2 GB of cloud storage on OneDrive is also included. It automatically installs the latest updates (both feature and security) for the duration of the subscription. Plan 2 also allows each user to install Visio on up to five PCs running Windows 10, Windows 8 or Windows 7. In addition, such cloud-only features as Data Visualizer, Database Reverse Engineering, Improved Support for the AutoCAD drawings have been recently introduced. Microsoft Visio Plan 2, available as a subscription, includes the same capabilities as Visio Professional 2016.
